LASER MARKING COLOUR TRACKING
GECITECH has a high performance laser marking equipment which offers many identification possibilities.
Color identification by extruded silicone sleeve or shrinkable sleeve. This system allows the hose identification by area of use or by type of transfer product.
GECITECH is fitted with a cleaning station using softened hot water, rinsing with reverse osmosis water, and drying by filte- red hot air circulation.
This cleaning possibility is optional and available upon request.
nGECITECH offers material certification type 2.0 and 3.1.
GECITECH offers three levels of traceability procedures: standard, high and ultra-high depending on customers’ needs.
nElectro polishing.
nRoughness: 0.8 μ standard and up to 0.1 μ on request. nWelds made by our operators are validated NF EN 287-1. nBench pressure test report.
nHoses endoscopy video.
Our products contain no phthalate and no component of animal origin.
